is it a reluctor wheel that the sensor needs? 97-04 jeeps are like that but they read off the flywheel teeth.

Super common on Nissan engines too. If you install the flywheel in the wrong position it will throw crank codes because of the crank sensr tone wheel

Don't use a magnate to pull them out makes another dead spot in them had a guy do that too

I did a rear maintenance seal and upper pan reseal on one and saw that crank sensor setup and saved it into my mental file lol
