Mix well and let cool in fridge Cut up some romaine lettuce and add dressing to it then add 1/4 cup of parm, mix well. Plate the salad first then slice chicken and place on top: garnish with more grated parm. We also had sweet potato rounds with this meal. Serve & enjoy 😊
