That betrayal trauma hits you different 👊🏼 In 2021, I learned… ✨ things happen for me & not to me ✨ you are who you surround yourself with ✨ trust your damn intuition ✨ don’t gaslight your own thoughts & emotions ✨ don’t be afraid to walk away from something that isn’t serving you anymore ✨ feel the feelings ✨ reach for help when you don’t feel like reaching for air ✨ if alcohol is the common denominator in your relationship, it has no foundation I experienced a lot… A LOT. Most importantly, I chose to survive it. Sometimes, things have to completely fall to pieces for the best things to fall into place.
