Easy trick: break apart as shown in step 1. Boil hot water and place garlic on for 30s. They should get peeled

this never seems to work for me. I soak mine in boiling water for a few mins which makes it a lot easier to remove the skin in one go

I put mine in. The freezer. Defrost quickly. Peels quickly. And you don't need a crusher as a side of a knife will crush to a paste within seconds.
