Of Peach Preserves 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar + Your Favorite Rub How to: * Add rub liberally on Pork * Add a high heat oil to a pan * Sear on all sides about 1 min * Place in oven or smoker * Set to 350 degrees * Cook until your Internal a temp reaches over 145 degrees. I shoot close to 160 * Let rest for 10 minutes Sauce: When your Pork is resting. In a pan add the Butter. When melted add Apple cider vinegar then the jar of Peach Preserves. On medium to high heat stir until it is well combined and reduce until you reach a good consistency.
