i once heard bunion is also an extra growth of bone and when you go under surgery they remove that part and then make the toe straight? 🤔

I had a slight one n wore a brace when I slept for 6 months. That plus I quit a job where I had to stand on my top toes a lot helped.

I do have Hallux Valgus derived from a mistreated Turf Toe injury. How can that be corrected? It sometimes aches…like a small sting right in the joint
