@brockashby: SHOULD YOU BE TRAINING ABS DIRECTLY? Yes. Yes, you should be. Direct ab training is not just about getting visible abs. It’s about developing a strong core. Being able to stand your ground strong and not be moved. This is why I train my abs 2-3x per week with direct ab training. To support my heavy squats, heavy deadlifts, heavy presses and heavy weights. A strong core gives more stability and that creates more strength.
