You could also just boil the water for an extra 2 minutes & then let it cool. Sterilized water works the same as saline for the nose flushing.

Please dont use tap water without filtering I have worked in those water pipes and its awful always filter your water

if you have to use tap cool but, some county's have chlorine in the tap do chlorine helps mold grow if you have a sinus infection chlorine doesn't boil out.it is the last thing to use for a saline solution.. purified or distilled is best.... 🥺 just a tip not judging...
