When I’m reality, it’s not ONE thing you do, it’s many. Posture, alignment, daily functional movements, rehab, controlling your intra abdominal pressure and slowly progressing and focusing on strength over just closing the gap to name a few. Knowing how and when to progress forward to harder movements is KEY in your postpartum core recovery progress.
