Use string push under nail pull to side so nail comes out skin rest on string change daily. Grow out. Had three operations didn’t work string did

using paper towel works fine too. I roll up bits of it and tuck it under the edge of the nail to lift it so it will grow out. It works.

Or you can just cut a slight V in the middle edge of your big toe nail. Don’t ever cut the side corners, that is generally what causes this

Or you could cut a v in the middle of the toenail and it will slowly pull the edges in and fix the toenail
