It also kept my blood pressure at a safe level! Plus allowed me time to nap before pushing. epidural helped me to be more present/coherent for birth

Idk if my epidural was just placed magically or how it works but the whole time I had it I could move my legs and everything just didn’t feel pain.

I got an epidural 1x & they missed &spinal fluid leaked everywhere it hurt so much & they thought I was faking feelin everythin until they saw my back

Clarification about General Anesthesia: pts are 100% intubated for C/S and are at higher risk for difficult airway & aspiration. Epids prevent this

my first I had an epidural and it helped me dilate quickly. my 3rd baby I had 2 epidurals and neither worked. I felt it all. they don't always work 🥺
