As an esthetician, we were taught to do it over dry skin. Gauze optional & you CANNOT have any metal implants, or metal in your face (braces, etc)

I also have a HFW, feel like it helps reducing pimples. However, I gotta be careful not to overuse the HFW, cause it did burn a spot once and my 1/2

You’re only supposed to do 5 minutes every other day!! Not sure what happens if you do it everyday but might not be the best way to test.

@yogggg_i I tried the hf wand over my piercings and no, it doesn't make the wand more painful at all. I am seeing results!!!

Also, I only realised this just now, but is yours giving orange or violet gas? Orange is for aging skin/wrinkles etc, Violet is for acne.
