@humangarage: Here’s a quick movement to reduce tension in the calves! Grab the skin on the back of the calf and slowly pull it up and away from the ankle. Once you’ve got it, move the ankle around slowly and breathe! This stretches all the fascia on the back of the calf into the Achilles’ tendon to increase ankle mobility.
