I was told both of my tubes are block (hydrosalpinx) and would never get pregnant on my own. I am pregnant with baby #2 after that diagnosis!

what I don't understand is why we aren't offered anesthesia. But men are offered it for a vasectomy. I've had excruciating biopsies with no sedation.
