If the ticket with its necessary documentation cant be issued then other disposal options will have to be utilised such as arrest. It's quite simple.

Wrap the ticket around whatever ID was provided. If buddy wants his ID back, gonna have to take the ticket as well. Problem solved! 🤷♂️
