That type of color remover shrinks the color molecules down and they wash out when shampooing . It’s way different than bleach

i asked for a color remover when i had platinum hair and this is what they gave me lol. my hair fell out in chunks, don't listen to the workers.

Punky color is a solid choice, Schwarzkopf also makes a really great one!!!!
