You can also do something called PRP micro needling (aka a vampire facial) It can be pricy and a little invasive since they draw blood but it works!!

i focused on hydration & repairing my barrier. use spf & iced my face 2x/day and a lot went away but i still have some but not alot

Have you ever tried Cicaplast baume from la roache posay? It worked really well for me to get rid of my acne and reduce red inflammation 🙂
