My daughter did this, and from outside it looked like seizures but we were lucky. It was something that mimics them but with no brain delays. -

I remember getting EEGs regulary. I always cried when I had to go to the hospital. I was already 7-9 years old and still cried all the time.

It shouldn’t hurt her, or anyone. It’s stressful and different for them. My son was diagnosed at age 9 with primary generalized epilepsy
