This burger is a delicious American Wagyu burger with an amazing the tiny shoe string fries on top. It was absolutely delicious. This is my attempt at remaking such a delicious burger. This American Wagyu burger has tons of flavor due to its high fat content and the tiny fries add a nice little crunch to the burger. Start by portioning your ground beef into 1/4 inch patties. 2. Peel and finely cut your potato into little fries and soak them in ice cold water for at least 30 minutes. 3. Pat your fries dry with paper towels and fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown and crispy. 4. Cut your lettuce and cut your onions into slices 5. In a hot pan add your patty in and give it a good sear on both sides. Once cooked to your desired temperature remove from the heat. 6. Add you onions into the pan to caramelize in the wagyu fat. 7. For your Sauce combine Japanese mayo, ketchup, and Black Pepper 8. Toast your hamburger buns. 9. Assemble your burger. (Bottom bun, Sauce, lettuce, patty, onions, crispy fries, sauce, top bun) 10.
