For heavy flow, I RECOMMEND using the pads with wings, if you place it correctly, it should not move or crunch up, which will cause no accidents

If you know you have pe/exercise/excessive walking one day DONT. WEAR. WINGED. PADS!!! Use wingless, tampons or menstrual cups

No heating pad? Fill an old sock with rice, tie the end off and put it in the microwave. Sweatpants and hoodies are your best friend
