He mounted the radiator, the wrong way he should’ve mounted it with the hose up, so the air has now gone back through the pipes into the pump

The water cooling has a bubble meaning the water is not flowing so most likely a fix will be changing the cooler. Water coolers dont last

The pump is dead, there is no coolant, or the radiator fan is pulling hot air into the case instead of blowing it through the radiator and out.
