Red Lobsters crab stuffed mushrooms has been one of my fave craves since forever. So it’s only right, not only did I learn the recipe but made it mine own. This appetizer is known for its savory, cheesy seafood filling topped with all the cheesy gooey goodness you could crave. Try this step by step recipe and you won't be disappointed, I guarantee or tell me 🧑🏽‍🍳💋   * Prep time: 15 minutes * Cook time: 12–15 minutes * Yield: 6–8 servings  Ingredients * Mushrooms: 1 lb fresh mushrooms (approx. 35–40 caps), stems removed. * Seafood: fresh 1/2 lb crabmeat (claw meat preferred) premium can crab is optional  * The Crunch: 2 cups crackers, crushed your choice I prefer Ritz or Oyster * Vegetables: 1/4 cup celery, 2 tbsp green onion, and 2 tbsp red bell pepper & green (all finely chopped). * Binding & Seasoning: 1 egg, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, a dash of paprika and my favorite GOYA® Sazonador Total * Cheeses: 1/2 cup grated off the block Monterey Jack and Mozzarella plus 1/4 cup for topping Directions Tip: I put my mushrooms in the oven tops up for about 10 mins and allow some of the additional moisture to dry out. Then place them on a paper towel to get off excess juice. Now let's get into it! 1. Sauté Veggies: In a pan with butter, sauté the finely chopped celery, onion, and peppers for 2 minutes. Set aside and allow it to cool. 2. Prep Stuffing: In a large bowl, combine the cooled vegetables, crabmeat, crushed crackers, shredded cheese, egg, water, and seasonings. Mix well. 3. Stuff & Top: Place mushroom caps in a buttered baking pan. Spoon about 1 tsp of stuffing into each cap. Cover the tops with additional cheese blend 4.
