we have minimum Wage here, I don't tip the staff in Maccies and I don't tip the staff in restaurants. it takes some remarkable service to get a tip

Used to work in hospitality as a chef. Without the chef there’s no food for the customer. I don’t tip as most kitchens don’t receive any tip
