Referrals to Dermatologists in Ontario takes a very long time but the one I saw was very nice to me and very helpful 😁

I'm old. I remember that 😢. for skin cream try a brand with ceramides in it. CeraVe is a good brand, but there are others too.

I remember when it happened. The world was in shock. Winter in Canada may aggravate the dryness. Use a good soap like Aleppo.

See if you can find a good naturopathic doctor near you, they might be able to help. They are not all great though, ask your local community

Google handmade soap vs. commercially made soap. Detergents used to create bubbles in soap is often a skin irritation, cleared up my eczema w/ change.

Ask your doctor for a referral to a specialist dermatologist here, there may be new options. Try CBD oil too.

Cool showers might help, if you haven’t tried. I have bad eczema around my eyes. Cooler water helps a lot and I don’t want to rip my face off so much.

Medicine is always advancing so I hope you can get it checked out and find help. For now, creams for Psoriasis/Eczema might help soften the dryness.
