@healthwithcory: ❌ The Problem With Most Sports Drinks! 👉 Most of the time I choose to go with an electrolyte powder like @redmondrelyte or @drinklmnt , because it’s going to simply do a better job. 🤢 Let’s not forget about the gastric distress (bloating) that can come from downing 34g of sugar in a short amount of time. That’s the last thing you want during an activity! 🏒 I’ve played sports my entire life and I have had more sports drinks than you can imagine. I now know that’s it’s really more of an expensive sugar water than anything else.
