The spray flex seal will plug that right up. I think that tape is going to peel.

Go to Home Depot and get some roofing tar and put it all over the tape and spread it out so that overlaps the shingles

Get a gallon of roof patch and spread it 18” from the center of where your leaks are. Flex seal tape isn’t going to do anything on asphalt shingles

Tape should be under each shingle… not over like that. Water will build up and leak
