Thinly slice the cucumber. Set aside. 2. Mix Kimchi juice, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Then, mix everything together with the Kimchi. 3. Boil the noodles in the boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse it with cold water to cool them down. 5. Mix the sauce with the noodles. Garnish with cucumber, sesame seeds and hard boiled egg.
