Nutty Chicken Rice Ingredients: * ½ cup oil * 2 sliced onions * ¼ cup cashews * ¼ cup almonds * ½ cup yogurt * Handful of green coriander * ½ chicken * 3 medium tomatoes (blended) * 1½ cups rice (soaked for 3 hours) * 2 cups water * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * ½ tbsp red chilli powder * 1 tbsp garam masala * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp salt (adjust to taste) * 1 tbsp biryani masala * Orange food colour Method: 1. Fry onions, cashews, and almonds until golden, then blend with yogurt and coriander. 2. Brown chicken in the same oil, add blended paste, spices, and tomato paste; cook until oil separates. 3. Add water and cook chicken for 10–12 minutes. Remove chicken. 4. Add soaked rice to the gravy and pressure cook for 3–5 minutes after the first whistle. 5.
