Change the PCI-E mode to gen 3. I’ve seen this a few times with gen 4 cards

Had same issues, drivers/bio caused gpu to be defective, had to send it in and they swapped it out

I literally has this on my asus 3070 ti sent it in with warranty and they said she couldn’t fix it and refunded me full amount, purchased a 3090 ti

I've seen that code on my x570 Taichi after trying out a card with a mining bios on it, reflashed and fixed it

i had that issue on a build i removed the sleves and tested and if its a fully modular psu make sure its plugged in proppwrly or change slots
