Recipe: Boil pasta for 6min 30sec, save pasta water, strain. Add cheese packet, 4 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup of pasta water, and mix to combine.

One time I had no milk but had sour cream so I did 1/4 cup sour cream and the pasta water and butter and that’s how I always make it now!!
