But your insurance is going to be less your taxes are going to be less and you can refinance later . So u are really saving if it drops 30 percent

yeah we won't have a crash as bad as 2008 if even a crash at all. There is very minimal inventory so nothing will really fall to much if at all.

I don’t buy the housing crash Prophecy. Most peoples mortgages are low interest rate this is very different than the subprime 2008 mortgages

300k house at 7% can always refinance. 430k house at 2.5% you have no other choice
