Weight looks different on everyone! Height, muscle mass, fat, body composition, and more. When I tell people my weight I’m often asked back, there’s no way…as if it’s a negative thing or that they are in shock that I’m a certain weight. I just try to educate at that point and don’t take it personal. Weight is the last thing you should primarily be focusing on in your fitness journey. It doesn’t determine your success, or worth. Focus on how you feel inside and out, focus on the progress you’re making in your workouts, your energy levels, and performance. Something I started doing is taking progress pictures to help me really see how far I’ve come in my journey. There’s many other ways to track progress than just your weight or the scale.
