Don’t paint the damn switches it glues them to the old paint, then can tear a layer of paint off if you change the switches out.

ALWAYS remove it. WHEN you need to remove it, you dont have to worry about missing spots when it's a TINY bit crooked.

Stick a piece of tape on the outlets / switches. Prevents splatters and allows faster painting.
