@sugarbakerdessertco: These are my favorite pickles. Its an old recipe that I think most southern mamas have. So easy to make and so delicious. I eat these with chicken salad, my homemade Georgia fire-crackers and sometimes with a little personal size charcuterie. Recipe below. Let me know what you think. ✨ Recipe✨ 1 gallon of whole dill pickles (drained) Slice to preferred thickness —you can use the same big jar the pickles came in, just rinse it out. Add to the jar 5 c. sugar 1 Tbs. celery seed 1 Tbs. mustard seed 2 Tbs. pickling spice (I like Ball brand) 2 Tbs. crushed pepper flakes 2 tsp. crushed garlic (fresh or jar) 2 c. White vinegar —Stir it up and your sliced pickles. Pop the top back on the jar and shake. Place it in the fridge for a couple of days and then enjoy. #pickles #fireandice #dillpickle #sweetpickles #homemadepickles #southernaccent #southerngirl #southernmama #fypp #countrycookin #EasyRecipe
