I really like slim fast, I always lose weight from it. Buying the powder and mixing it yourself definitely taste a lot better though.

Omg my grandpa is 85 and has been drinking these for 40 years … he rides his bike everyday… so healthy .. I wouldn’t drink them but how crazy is that!
