Weeknight chicken fajitas 🌮 This meal is perfect for a weeknight dinner and comes together in less than 30 minutes!! Ingredients  - 2 chicken breasts (mine were sliced in half to make 4 total pieces)  - 2 tbsps of olive oil for cooking - 4 cloves of garlic; minced - 1 red bell pepper - 1 orange bell pepper - 1 medium onion  - 1 jar of Fajita simmer sauce (mine is from @SOMOS ) Veggie seasonings  - salt to taste  - pepper to taste  - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp cumin  - 1/4 tsp chili powder Chicken seasonings  - one tbsp of olive oil - salt to taste - pepper to taste - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp cumin  - 1/4 tsp chili powder  Start by slicing your veggies into thin slices then add to a bowl. Season with all the seasoning listed above and mix. Set aside.  Slice chicken breasts into thin slices and add to another bowl. Season with all seasoning listed above and mix.  To a large pan on medium high heat, add olive oil. Add in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add in onions and peppers and cook until softened.  Once done, remove from pan and place in a dish or bowl. Then add chicken strips into the pan and cook in batches until browned and cooked through.  Add the peppers and onions back into the pan. Then add in Somos fajita simmer sauce or any other fajita simmer sauce. Let simmer for at least 10 min.  Once done, serve with tortillas or in a fajita bowl.
