Potential customers go to the Better Business Bureau and read the comments. I wish I had before I sent several bags that they never sent me back SCAM!

I filed a complaint with the bbb today! Look at all the complaints! They steal bags! Don’t do business with them!!! Next is a police report!

This company turned off any way to get ahold of a rep. They have had my bag since July not repairing it. They stole my bag and scammed me.
