@grahamcweaver: You’re not going to reach all of your goals in the next 30-60 days. Losing weight, building a business, being more mindful, making more money, eating healthier… all of these things take time to see the results. The shorter the time frame to accomplish a goal, the more likely you will quit or fail if you don’t see the results you desire. But, by giving yourself plenty of time to execute your pursuits, you’re more likely to achieve them. This is why I’m a big believer in setting 5 or 10 year goals.
