@alexsbragia: This is typically more common in women although I have seen some men do it as well. It increases your risk of injury especially ACL tears. Try putting a yoga block in between your knees as you perform the exercise. Also strengthen strength your abductors and gluteus medius. I will post some exercises to strengthen these muscles so don’t forget to follow.
