It is so helpful. I got my 9yr old a timer to use while he is doing homeschool. He finishes in half the time. 2 hrs and he is done.

I do this when adhd is particularly bad - except I’m poor so I just use a cooking buzzer thing from a cheapo shop instead of a pretty timer 🥺
