this sounds like profiling. warnings are usually verbal. they can take the ID/Ins full or turn and bring everything back. he shouldn't be in the unit.

Fun fact about speed limits…if the speed limit is 70 technically a cop can ticket you for going 69 or 71 as you are not going the speed limit.
