2014 I was diagnosed with IIH and had a LP shunt placed been dealing with severe back pain for 12 yrs finally was able to get a MRI and it says L4-L5 disc degeneration + Mild posterior disc bulge + annular fissure + mild bilateral foraminal stenosis + edema. Where do I go from there?
