We empty the ice maker when full and store the ice in the freezer. Turn it off until we need to make more.

We returned ours !! Same. Wasn’t worth the hype with how big it is, the noise, we had the melting issue.

NOOOOO!!!🤯🤯🤯 ours will be here Tuesday! We have a countertop ice maker already but wanted to upgrade. So, we are used to the noise/sound.

Omg yours is so loud! Mine does make a sound for a little bit if the bin has room for ice but it’s not distracting. We love it!

We have the same ice maker and the only noise is when it’s making the ice. Otherwise it’s silent. Love it.

I have one and mine doesn’t make noise like that, think you should return and get another one! I never hear mine except when the ice is dropping.

Have had mine for several years.. love it! Best purchase ever! I only use distilled water in mine and it’s not that loud :)
