I reinstalled the cmos battery i switched the ram i tried with only 1 ram i tried taking put gpu and put my monitor in motherboard i took out reset sw and nothing works

uhh problem. every time I reset the pc the Dram light shows and when I turn it off and turn it back on the Dram light is gone am I clear or what bc idk if I'm not gonna be able to play games or not
