I don’t get what the peri bottles are for. I had second degree tearing and barely noticed it vs the pain from piles. Just pat instead of rub.

My midwife suggested raw Manuka honey down there. So amazing. Healed super quick and no stitches required.

Another tip I was given after my episiotomy is after peri bottle use or shower, dry the area with a hair-dryer on cool mode to keep area dry

There’s an app called Huckleberry it literally saved me from writing down the times, tracking which side I fed my baby last, logging diaper etc.

I had a top tear for #2 and read in the loo to lean forward while weeing if you have stitches. Worst. Sting. Ever. 😳😳. The bottles are 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
