First time I used this with my class they were noisy on purpose for about 30 secs. Then I dealt with it and it hasn’t been a problem since 👍🏻

I've used this with my Yr 8s. They made noise for the first minute, then got over it.

Another tip is to let the kids get loud for the first time. They lose their interest and are ready to follow the rules.

I was afraid of them being to noisy, but I did a three strike system! It works like a charm

When i was in primary school and we were being noisy, we were made to go and line up again and again and again until we got the expectation right
