hair does have a lifespan that varies between 5 years and upwards hence some people growing hair down to there feet 😁

In my case the alcohol abuse was measured by blood testing and other drugs via hair.

hair doesn't grow an inch a month. my experience in court is they go Max 6 months back as the older the hair the less Accurate it is.
