@marvinbrxxks: 4 ways to improve confidence 🦅⚡️ Upgrade your wardrobe 🧥 When I say a few new outfits, that can be as simple as a couple of cheap basics from an asos or finding a gem in a charity shop. Then create 2-3 go to looks that you can always rely on and that make you look and feel your best. Eat healthy 🥑 Feel crap, probably the way you eat… a lot of foods will please or comfort you short term but with the high you gain, the low is just around the corner. I’m not saying don’t enjoy yourself but it’s important to learn what certain foods do for your mood and how they can affect the way you think. Workout 💦 It’s the most common solution to most issues because not only does it change your body but also your mind. You body gets a feel good factor after training (endorphins) which will help set you up for a confident day. Self develop 💻 30-60 mins of working on a skill or passion will change everything over a few months. Find something you are really interest in and then just start getting better at it, if that’s learning through doing or studying a subject.
