It's called a "versicolor pityriasis", due to microscopic mushrooms, you can use an antifongic cleaning solution to get rid of it. I had it before

If you haven’t tried lotion with 10%-15% urea on those spots…give it a shot. It’s a game changer. Eucerine makes a good one.
