@thelowcarb_kitchen: Easy Keto Peanut Butter Cups recipe 👇 I haven’t posted a proper dessert recipe in a while as I don't have the biggest sweet tooth, but every now and then I make something to satisfy my rare sugar cravings 😋 You’ll only need 4 ingredients and it’ll take you under 10min to prepare. You’ll need: ✔️No sugar milk chocolate (180g) ✔️Coconut oil (1 tbsp) ✔️Peanut butter (120g) ✔️Icing sugar replacement (30g or more, I used monkfruit) Instructions: 1. Line a muffin pan with 6 paper liners. 2. Mix peanut butter with icing sugar replacement. 3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil. 4. Use 2/3 of your chocolate and spread it evenly between 6 paper liners. 5. Top with peanut butter mixture and add the rest of the chocolate on top. 6. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
